Ms. LORETA

Founder, Principal

ATCL (Performance), LTCL (Performance)

Loreta is a tiny woman with huge glasses. You may easily miss her in the crowd. Her capability and ambition however, could never be missed! Loreta started her music education career from 2007, and has been trying to change the industry ever since. Being a music teacher in a private sector, that was not easy. She then mapped out and set up MusicNuts! – an online music book store, which evolved and expanded into what it is today under her care. Loreta is a perfectionist herself, and she wants that for her students too. She tried to train not only pianists, but music lovers who enjoy their arts. She knows every single music material in MusicNuts! Like a Chinese medicine practitioner, she could recognise the strengths and weaknesses of the student and find just the right book medicine for them.

Mr. EDWIN

Co-Founder

Edwin is the man of MusicNuts! He shouldered the responsibility of the non-musical side of MusicNuts! Since its inception. He delivers, does PR and marketing, chats with parents, teases little Nutties, changes light bulbs, cleans, basically everything you could think of. Although he may say he is also the handsome face of MusicNuts, we all disagree 😂. Edwin is also Madam Principal’s better half, he has been the pillar of MusicNuts, being there with Loreta every step of the way, and seeing it through that Loreta achieves her dreams as a teacher she envisioned, a mother, an entrepreneur and many more.

Mr. MATT

Co-Founder

Matt is a mysterious existence in MusicNuts! Besides Loreta, many have not heard of him. None from the Nuttie Family have ever seen him, and he intends to keep it that way 😜. Matt was pivotal in the setting up of MusicNuts! Being a practising lawyer based in our neighbour to the north, he injects MusicNuts! with fresh perspectives and keeps us grounded. He also has his hands on our system and processes, marketing strategies and outreach efforts. Matt has been talking about popping by the Academy, so little Nutties watch out for Uncle Matt!

Administrative Executive

Wei Ting is the friendly and cheerful administrative executive of MusicNuts! She is hardworking and resourceful, and loves to see neat rows of books, well wrapped packages, and the satisfied responses of customers! She enjoys playing the piano, listening to K-pop, and taking care of plants during her leisure time. Most of all, she is a huge cat lover and so don’t mess with her cats!
