We carry a large selection of music books at affordable prices, ranging from educational to the latest pop and rock music titles. In addition, we strive to go green constantly with our eco-friendly and recycled packaging. 

We hope to inspire everyone on their music-learning journey!



1. How do I become a registered member?

It is as easy as 123; simply hover to the top right of the 'Home' page. Then, search for the small human icon and click on it to register. It's free!

All registered members will be regarded as part of the MusicNuts! family and will be referred to as Nuttie.

2. Is my credit card information secured?

Yes, your information is secured with us, and your credit card information will be protected with a secure SSL certificate. It means MusicNuts! will not be keeping records of your credit card details.

3. How do I search for the books I want?

You can search for your desired book by title, SKU, author, or publisher in the 'Search' box at the top of each page.

You can also click on the tags of each product that show up on each 'Product' page.

If you are still unsure or unable to find the book you are looking for, just leave us a message; we are happy to assist you.

4. I cannot find the books that I need on your website. What should I do?

We are growing and would appreciate your feedback on how we can provide the best service to you. Please let us know the books you are looking for, and we will try our best to get them for you.

We will be carrying a broader selection of books as time goes by. It has always been our aim to enrich the variety of the books we carry.

5. How do I know the difficulty of the sheet music and if it is suitable for me?

We understand how difficult it is to judge a book by its cover, which is why we include a few preview pages of the book so you can ‘literally’ flip through and get an idea about the book. All books on our website were presented as such, unless specifically prevented by the publishers.

Simply click on the images and flip through the pages. There is a short description and additional information about the products below.

If you are still in a pickle, fret not. We are always willing to assist you. Give us the details, and we will take over. We will get back to you within 3 working days.

6. Is there any discount for registered members, teachers, or music schools?

We provided a 10% life-long discount for Nutties (registered members of MusicNuts!) who spent over S$100 in a single receipt with MusicNuts!.

Nutties that spend over S$150 with MusicNuts! will receive a 15% life-long discount.

Depending on the purchase value, schools and organizations will enjoy a 20%, 25%, or 30% discount.

7. What are your delivery charges for shipping to Singapore?

We provide self-collection, postage, and delivery options for orders within Singapore.

If you purchase S$140 and above, you will enjoy free delivery. For orders that are below S$140, a delivery charge of S$8 will be levied on your final bill.

If you change your mind, you can opt for the books to be posted with a S$2.80 postage fee. You will enjoy free postage if your order is S$70 and above.

8. What are your delivery charges for international shipping?

Postage fees for international parcels vary depending on the weight of the parcels and the courier service providers chosen. The amount of postage fees will be shown during check-out.

9. I am staying in Singapore, how long will I get my books after placing the order?

For postage orders, you will receive your books in the letterbox within 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) if your payment is confirmed by 3pm in the afternoon.

For delivery orders, you will receive your books at your doorstep within 1-5 working days, depending on your location. We will contact you and arrange your delivery day and time with you.

10. For international postage, how long would I receive my parcels after placing the order?

It depends on the courier service provider chosen and the location of the receiver for international orders. We encourage you to choose the options with tracking services.

11. What should I do if I would like to pre-order a book that is currently out of stock or not available at your site?

Please contact us, and we will get back to you within 3 working days. We will advise you on the price of the book; if you decide to pre-order, we will collect a deposit of half the price of the book. The deposit is non-refundable if your book arrives within 3 months from the deposit payment date.

12. How long will the stock be ready if I pre-order your books?

We place the order directly with the publishers, which are mostly located abroad. The books will be shipped from around the world, and the stock could arrive within a 2-week to 6-month time frame. Further delays might occur if the books are out of stock at the publisher's warehouse.

You will be notified via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email when the books arrive and are available for purchase.

13. What is your exchange policy if I order the wrong book?

To be eligible for an exchange, the book or product must be in good condition, and you need to inform us within 7 days after you receive or collect your order.

For Singapore customers, the exchange should take place within 7 days from the date of receiving your order, and it must be done in our shop.

For international customers, you need to bear the shipping cost to return the wrongly purchased book to us. Then, we will post out the exchange product after we receive the returned product, which is in good condition.

If you choose to exchange for a higher-value product, you will be required to pay for the balance. However, please note that we do not provide refunds for the price difference if you opt for an exchange of a lower-value product.

14. What should I do if I receive faulty products, for example, books with printing errors or missing pages?

Please contact us and send us video proof for the detective products. We will arrange to send out another product in good condition to you.

For Singapore customers, we would appreciate it if we could get back and destroy the faulty product. For international customers, you are not required to return the faulty product to us.
