Piano Safari Technique Level 3

The new edition of Technique Book 3 is designed to accompany Repertoire Book 3, but it may be used with any method as a supplement. It introduces technical patterns in the keys of C Major, A Minor, G Major, E Minor, F Major, and D Minor. These patterns include: Scales in two octaves · Chord Inversions · ChordProgression: I-IV6/4-I-V6-V6/5-I · Basic Accompaniment Patterns: Alberti bass, waltz, stride, and broken chord. Technique Book 3 also contains special exercises to build technique: Chromatic pentascales · Broken octaves · One octave arpeggios · Chromatic scales · Double thirds · Hanon exercise No. 1 with variations.
